THE STORY

Our humble journey began in 1949 as Benny Biscuit company selling biscuits and buns in pushcarts in the Chennai, the gateway of South India. With the evolution of time, benny biscuit company transformed into Benny Bakes and Cakes. In an era of modernization, we decided to Create a contemporary version of our traditional business and established Bakers Spring in 2013. We have two branches in Chennai. One in Royapuram and the other in Washermenpet. With more than 7 decades of experience in baking, we have built a sweet reputation in ruling hearts with our spring of delight.

We wanted Baker’s spring to be a place where people with both sweet and spicy tastes came together and enjoyed the food they love. So we introduced quick foods like pizzas, burgers, sandwiches, fries and fried chicken to our menu.

Egmore is a location that is vibrant and bustling with all kinds of people. It is the home to buildings with a cultural heritage such as the museum and Connemara library. It hosts a number of educational institutions. This part of the city hosts a diversified crowd of people of energetic people. We wanted the people of Egmore to indulge in the experience we provide. So after robbing the hearts of the people in Royapuram and Washermenpet. We have set up our spring of joy in Egmore.
