Preventive safety measures - covid 19

Your Safety is our priority. We care for the well-being of our customers and employees at all times, especially during this challenging period. To ensure that, we have made changes to the way we operate and enhanced our cleaning and hygiene procedures. Though, some are already in place we insist them during this time to stay safe. With your support and understanding, we all together shall overcome the present situation and stay safe.

Operational Changes

  1. Restricted entry : In order to maintain social distancing inside our store, we allow only 2 customers in our store at a time. . 

  2. Phone / WhatsApp orders : We accept orders through Phone / WhatsApp (+91-7200199994) to reduce customers waiting time. The items will be packed and kept ready for pickup when the customers reach our store. 

  3. Order Online : We accept online orders through our website www.bakersspring.com.

  4. Delivery : In order to ensure the safety of our customers we do deliver directly to the customers with a very nominal delivery fee.

  5. Dining Area : Our Dining area is closed to maximize the safety of our customers and team members. We take utmost care in packing our foods to be enjoyed at your home safely.

  6. 3rd party ordering : We are currently available in Zomato market, Zomato and Swiggy.

 

Enhanced cleaning and hygiene procedures

  1. We perform disinfection of customer area  6 times a day and also as and when required. All cleaning and sanitizing products we use are certified by INDIAN MEDICAL MICROBIOLOGIST, Chennai.

  2. The entrance area is sprayed 3 times a day with Disinfectant liquids certified by INDIAN MEDICAL MICROBIOLOGIST, Chennai.

  3. Our employees who serve customers wear net caps, gloves and face masks at all times. Using hand sanitizers at regular intervals.

  4. A foot operated hand sanitizer dispenser is installed at our store  for the convenience of our customers.

  5. All our employees are being checked for symptoms, and are thermally scanned daily before entering our store.

Training

Our Team has been trained with weekly training sessions on all the precautionary measures that have been taken in store, kitchen and in their houses. The training has been extended to their homes in order to make sure their families are also safe.

Request to our Customers

As we continue to navigate these challenging and uncertain times we are here to serve our customers, we cannot do this alone without their support. We request the following procedures to be followed by our customers while visiting our store for everyone's safety.

Mostly these are made MANDATORY by the government already.

  1. Please wear a mask before entering the store until leaving the store and make sure it covers the nose and mouth fully, not only at our store but also at all times in public places.

  2. Kindly sanitize your hands with the foot operated sanitizer dispenser installed at our store.

  3. Please wait for your turn to enter into our store while 2 customers are already inside the store for your own safety and the safety of others.

  4. Order thru Phone / WhatsApp / Online and pay thru digital payment methods (UPI / Wallet / Netbanking) and avail delivery services for a touchfree shopping experience.
