    Skipping Breakfast could suppress Human Health

    The uprising generation has swallowed the traditional way of breakfast in India which was consumed healthy for a better living. Being healthy should not be a boring task for people since it is the certain way of livelihood earned in our past. Breakfast has been considered as a skipping meal by the people but it is quite literally the meal meant to ‘Break the Fast’ from the hours spent sleeping about 8-6 hours regularly. Blood sugar level drops, metabolism slows, stress hormones skyrocket, and heart takes a hit – It is haunting to be aware of the factors that disturb the body routine and ends being unhealthy would wake every people up to follow the breakfast routinely and regularly.

    Our Indian breakfast includes many varieties that contain both yummy and healthy factor. Listing few of must-haves breakfast for fitness freaks, weight loss and healthy living.

    1.Indian Breads

    Indian Breads are nothing but Paratha and its varieties, Poori, Dosa and its varieties, Idly Sambhar, Appam, Chappati, and so on. These are the fiber-rich and nutrient dense foods that help as an antioxidant to the body and survives throughout the day with energy. In some of the Indian bread recipes whole wheat flour may be the main ingredient which can be mixed into alternative healthier flours like ragi, jowar, bajra for a nutrition boost.

    2.Eggs

    Increasing the feeling of fullness, reducing the calorie intake at next meal, along with steady blood sugar level and insulin level, that is the magic of Eggs added in a breakfast. Three large eggs may contain 20 grams of high-quality protein and also, the egg yolks react as antioxidants to prevent eye disorders. Proving the potential factor of consuming scrambled egg, poached egg, boiled egg in the morning helps in serving important health nutrients to the body. Increasing the fullness also diverts consuming fewer calories in the meal which is helpful for a healthy living.

    3.Salads

    Salads are easy to make at home and holds multiple health benefits for humans. Salads could be made in different varieties such as sprouts salad, chicken salad, fruits salad, etc. Consuming leafy greens every day is obviously the best habit to get into during any season. To stay nutritious and healthful, a bowl of salad serves nutritional impact with extra ingredients adding dietary punch to health. It is a natural source of fibre, weight control, builds strong bones, improves muscle performance, protects the heart, and improves skin tone.

    4.Drink Varieties

    Natural (untoasted) muesli with milk and fruit or even a plain milk would stabilize blood sugar levels. A protein shake or smoothie is a great high-protein breakfast choice that increases fullness in stomach throughout the day. Fresh juices like orange, watermelon, and vegetable juices like carrot, beetroot can also provide sufficient nutrients to a human body that is needed. However, including soy, whey, egg, peanuts to your routine drinks may help in absorbing quickly to body and the benefits lead to weight loss through lowest calorie intake at the next meal.

    5.Oatmeal

    This option is most suitable for cereal lovers containing a unique fibre called beta-glucan that which provides impressive health benefits including reduced cholesterol. Oats are also rich in antioxidants that helps in heart health and decrease blood pressure. Giving an increased feeling of fullness, oatmeal can be served with ingredients such as nuts, berries, and fruits as topping for breakfast. To boost the protein content of an oatmeal breakfast. Serve it with milk or cheese or side of eggs.

    It is perfectly an individual choice to skip breakfast or not but it is necessary for a human to consume breakfast in the morning as a routine to gain multiple benefits. C’mon, when did we arrive at this situation of suggesting breakfast, before the times of 3 mandatory meal per day? Let’s try not to sink into some trends of skipping meals but understand the practicality of our body before it suppress us.
