SALADS FOR MONSOON SEASON

Tired of the scorching heat and sweat, we long for the cool breezes, the smell of the wet soil and the touch of the rains, Don’t we all look forward to monsoons? But this season is also loved by germs, viruses, and bacteria, the chances of falling sick in this season are higher, thanks to waterborne diseases and weak immunity. You need to eat healthy to boost your immunity. This Romantic climate can be made more fulfilling with some healthy salads. Here are some of the salads that are suitable for this season.
1. MIXED SPROUT CORN CHAAT SALAD
